We currently do not accept returns or refunds.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - All orders are final sale, no exchanges.

DOMESTIC ORDERS WITHIN CANADA - Exchanges accepted.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.  Most orders are shipped out within 48 hours. You will be responsible for all costs involved in the refund process.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, and EXCHANGES

Earrings are a hygienic item and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you don’t like your earrings, please re-gift them to someone who will!  Please read below and be aware of my policies before you make your order.

If you are in Canada, exchanges for necklaces, bracelets and rings are definitely possible, especially if it was a gift.   Please reach out as soon as possible to ensure you can receive an exchange. 

Exchanges cannot be accepted beyond thirty days of receipt.

If you have any questions about our jewelry, please ask before purchasing!  We are happy to answer any inquiries you might have and will reply promptly!

REPAIRS

Please email info@almarosa jewelry to discuss the repair needed. If it cannot be repaired, we will do our best to replace the item in question with something similar. Charges may be required for items damaged beyond normal wear and tear and is at the sole discretion of Alma Rosa Jewelry to make this call.
